
The LC3 Behavioral Health Collaborative (LC3) is a collective impact strategy initiative that seeks to build the Ideal behavioral health system to close the gaps in services for individuals, families, and youth in our communities in the next four years. The backbone agency of LC3 is Families and Youth Innovations Plus, whose mission is “to promote a safer and healthier community by focusing on family and children.” FYI+ has been established as a nonprofit serving Doña Ana County and the surrounding communities for 40 years.
Our Aspiration
LC3 Behavioral Health Collaborative aspires to build a behavioral health system that is inclusive, organized, and centered on the individual and family and is committed to advocating for and providing comprehensive mental health and substance use disorder services for people across Doña Ana County, New Mexico.
About LC3
- LC3 Collaborative serves the communities of Doña Ana County and is based in Las Cruces, NM.
- We represent 184 key stakeholders in 70 different cross-sector agencies.
- LC3 has an 8 member Board of Directors.
- Collective Impact Strategy initiative
- Families and Youth Innovations Plus is the backbone agency of the LC3 Collaborative initiative.
- LC3 Collaborative is the Behavioral Health Sector of the Resilience Leaders of Doña Ana County whose mission is to reduce Adverse Childhood Experiences.
- Partner with FYI+ Prevention Team to implement the COPE (Community Overdose Prevention Education) contract with the State DOH.
- Partner with the Criminal Justice Coordinating Committee (CJCC) with the Sequential Intercept Model project
